Magnífico lugar para celebrar desde algo sencillo hasta una boda espectacular realmente bella en todos los aspectos
We went to an amazing wedding last weekend here. We had an absolute blast! This Hacienda was a perfect backdrop. It's big, gorgeous, authentic, amazing, and more. If you want to have the time of your life...this should be your destination
This place is beautiful. Rich in culture. The history that this place has is amazing. My sister decided to have my parents wedding here. Beautiful church, entrance for the bride was magnificent, rose petals falling from the ceiling. Ceremony was perfect. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the wedding coordinator that was provided for my parents was not it. She ignored some of my mom's simple requests like not having no one touch the train of her dress as she's walking down the aisle, and the coordinator ended up grabbing some random kid to grab her train. When it came down to the reception it started to go downhill. The food was great but they were forgetting to bring drinks out for the guests. There ended up being alot of liquor leftover because they weren't communicating with our guests what drinks were available. That's right you have to bring your own liquor on top of what you're already paying for the reception. Having a celebration here again would probably not be ideal because of this, however it was a great once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the beauty of the Hacienda de Chimalpa. Maybe I'd suggest having the coordinator print a menu of drinks that will be available at each table. They also do private tours, now that I would recommend. Also this place is very haunted. If you stay the night be prepared to here some noises.
The place as a hole is lovely, it really takes you to other time so to speak, the attention from the personal is quite warm and efficient. On the other side the rooms smell a little like mold and there's lots of humidity... the beds though are super comfortable and the blankets 10/10! there are few places if you want to wander and look around that could be better cared off, but other than that it's a really cool and enjoyable place. Also the food!!! Delicious! Specially the breakfast, loved it!!!!

Experiencia en Hacienda Chimalpa – 10/10 Tuve la oportunidad de asistir como invitada a una boda y la experiencia fue espectacular. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar si estás considerando realizar tu evento aquí. La hacienda tiene una vista impresionante, excelente infraestructura y un ambiente muy especial. El personal fue siempre atento, amable y profesional. Cuenta con estacionamiento, baños limpios y rampas para personas con discapacidad, lo cual demuestra su buena organización y accesibilidad. Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para celebraciones inolvidables Sin embargo, el Hotel Colonial Acopinalco Inn, sugerido por el mismo evento, dejó mucho que desear. Aunque prometen transporte redondo a la hacienda (ubicada a unos 30 minutos), el servicio no se cumplió y tuve que buscar cómo llegar por mi cuenta. En resumen: Hacienda Chimalpa: Altamente recomendable para eventos. Hotel Colonial Acopinalco Inn: No lo recomiendo; hay mejores opciones de hospedaje cerca, con mejor atención y ubicación.
